The most visible change is how agent sites display your brand's header and footer. The previous approach captured a live HTML/CSS snapshot of your site's navigation, which kept breaking — dropdowns stuck open, mobile menus spilling, icons failing to render — because JavaScript-driven navs don't survive being frozen into static markup. Agent sites now build headers and footers from structured data: your logo, brand colors, font, real outbound links, and footer columns, rendered with our own components. Social and review platform links (Yelp, Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, HomeAdvisor, and about a dozen others) render as clean brand badges detected from the URL. This structured version is now the default "Customize" appearance; the old clone is still available as opt-in "Match your website (beta)." An Advanced editor lets you hand-edit every nav link, footer column, and tagline.
Persona and visibility query generation now handles location more precisely. Brands with a Google Business Profile or Yelp listing get location-specific phrasing ("best electrician in Phoenix, AZ"), while regional SaaS products and non-local brands no longer have a city attached to their queries just because their geographic_focus mentions a country or region.
The API Keys modal in the sidebar has grown a second tab for MCP setup. Alongside your REST API keys, you'll find server URLs, per-agent copy-paste config for connecting Pendium to AI coding agents, and example prompts to try.
A new no-login demo at /try drops visitors into a real read-only account to explore the product without signing up. Several bugs around that demo session have been fixed: a valid API key now always resolves to its owner's data rather than the demo account, logging out properly clears the demo cookie so visitors aren't bounced straight back in, and a real signed-in user whose token was mid-refresh can no longer be accidentally dropped onto the demo agent.
The onboarding review steps no longer auto-advance on a timer. Each step now waits for you to confirm it — the countdown and auto-skip behavior are gone.
