When you set up a new brand with a US-wide or global focus, the personas generated at /generate now reflect that correctly. Previously, the system would pin a city to personas regardless of business type — so a SaaS founder might be described as "Tech Founder in Austin" even if their product has nothing to do with Austin. The generator now judges whether a business actually has a physical presence or city-based service area before adding a location, and it doesn't wait on Yelp or Google Business data that rarely exists at that stage of setup.
On the infrastructure side, the Pendy growth SMS line now runs on a managed AI agent. It handles inbound messages, runs one agent turn, and replies — carrying the full growth playbook and access to the Pendium toolset. It's fully isolated from the customer-facing SMS bridge, with a kill switch, sender allow-list, and daily outbound cap in place.
