Pendy's visual cards were silently falling back to plain text for every user — the headless browser binary that renders them wasn't included in the serverless deployment. Cards now render as intended.
The onboarding step at /generate where you describe a persona and click "Add another" now actually uses what you typed. Previously your description was passed as background context rather than the direct instruction, so the model ignored it and returned something generic. The Personas page and API were already handling this correctly; onboarding now matches them.
Several fixes tighten how Pendy logs and counts outbound messages. A failed send no longer gets recorded as delivered or counted against the daily limit. Transcripts now capture the real text of each message instead of an "[agent-sent]" placeholder, and the send counter that was undercounting due to a misread platform field now reflects actual sent bubbles. On the inbound side, a rare worker retry that restarted mid-job could silently drop an incoming message; it now reconstructs and answers that message rather than treating it as already handled.
