Agents working with your blog content now have two new tools available over MCP. get_blog_post returns the full markdown body alongside the title, slug, and status — useful when an agent needs to read a post before making edits rather than working blind. set_blog_post_image lets an agent point a post's hero image at an external URL, and works on posts currently showing a stock photo or a previous upload.
On the documentation side, the MCP tool descriptions for update_blog_post now clearly flag the deprecated caption and requestedSlug aliases — including a warning that passing caption overwrites the entire post body, which was easy to do accidentally. The tools that require credits (regenerate_blog_post and generate_blog_post_image) now return a structured insufficient_credits error when you're out, instead of failing silently. The help text for update_blog_post_slug also now correctly states that old URLs redirect with a 308 rather than breaking.
Admin accounts with unlimited credits now report correctly over MCP. Previously they showed a raw balance of zero, which triggered a low-credit warning in the in-app agent — now they surface a creditsUnlimited flag, matching what the app UI already showed.
