The first-run experience has been reworked around a simple idea: you're building a site, and the AI scan is running quietly in the background while you do. The live build step now leads in the activity strip, the scan follows it, and the two progress independently — so a finished design can prompt you for next steps even while the scan is still measuring. A scan the app has given up on no longer shows chips suggesting it's still in progress.
On the backend, a brand is now marked as launched as soon as its scan is queued, rather than waiting for a score to come back. If a scan never reports back, it's marked failed — but that doesn't undo the brand launch. If a score did land, nothing gets marked failed at all.
When you create a new agent, its Profile, FAQ, and Services pages now show "Published" rather than "Published Live," with the external link hidden until the site is actually public. Previously the badge checked only the page's own status, ignored whether the site itself was visible, and linked to a URL that returned a 404. The owner-preview nav — used when you're viewing your own hidden site — now includes all your pages, not just Home. The page editor's toolbar also no longer collapses to a single word per line at mid-range screen widths.
