Pendium now makes a single, consistent determination of whether a brand is a local business — and that judgment flows through every part of the product. Previously, four different parts of the app each made their own guess, usually by checking for a Yelp or Google Business listing, which meant any local business that signed up with its own website was treated as a national brand. Now the call is made once from the brand's site and listings. If we get it wrong, you can correct it on the Profile tab, and the toggle saves the moment you flip it — no Save button required.
Local brands are also now measured correctly. A persona's home city was never actually reaching the AI platforms during scans, so a "Landlord in El Dorado" was asking questions as an anonymous national shopper. AI Overviews searches for local brands were pinned to the entire United States instead of the area the business serves. Both are fixed. Persona generation is also stricter about keeping a persona's location consistent with the area the business actually serves.
Your visibility report now opens with quick wins ordered by evidence strength. Each card points to a specific change — to your site or listings — drawn from something an AI assistant said while answering a question your customers ask. The quote and the questions it came up on are shown alongside the recommendation. Where an assistant rewarded a competitor for particular phrasing, the card gives you those words.
Cobranded reports shared with agency clients are pinned to light theme, with the dark-mode toggle removed so a client's system preference can no longer clash with a partner's fixed-white header. The Pendium sign-in prompt is gone from those reports — they're a partner deliverable, not a Pendium acquisition surface. In its place, the partner's own CTA (configured in their White Label settings) appears in the top-right of the branded header. The same light-theme pinning applies to the partner-branded scan preview page and audit widget. When a partner has both a logo and a display name configured, only the logo appears — text falls back only when no logo is set.
