Workflow cards on the index page, the Summary tab, and worksheet column headers now show estimated credits per cell, per row, and to finish the sheet. The estimate is there before you click Run All — not after.
The admin cost monitoring dashboard is live at /admin/costs. It shows daily spend with per-day breakdowns by source and top user, spend grouped by function and plan tier, and a top customers view. Historical costs are estimated retroactively from token data, and visibility-scan rows use a more precise cost figure where available. A segmented toggle lets the team separate user spend from internal experimentation — previously, internal scans were quietly excluded from the headline number. The model-to-source cost mapping is now time-versioned, so updating a model assumption in code no longer retroactively changes historical USD figures. Input/output token splits across several sources have been updated to reflect measured production data rather than estimates, which dropped the calculated cost of quality reviews by roughly 45%.
