The Widget embed snippet now accepts a data-layout attribute, and the AI-visibility explainer is a per-embed toggle too. That means an agency can run a compact card on a homepage and a full explainer page on a dedicated URL — changing one doesn't touch the other. Previously, the saved setting applied to every embed at once, which made any adjustment a site-wide decision.
Partner teams can now copy the full Widget page as a single HTML block — form included — and paste it into their own CMS. It's small enough to drop into ChatGPT and ask for a rewrite in the agency's own voice, which matters for teams without a repo or a developer on hand.
Contact buttons on local service guides are now near-black instead of peach. On a guide listing eighteen providers, the old color turned the whole page into a brand-color wall.
Several reliability fixes landed in this release. Scans now read the structured name-address-phone block a business publishes on its own site, which resolves cases where search quietly autocorrected a URL and returned a completely different company — an accounting firm in Chico, California was coming back as one in New Jersey. Brands whose site header is dark now show their name in the nav bar rather than a blank slot where their dark logo disappeared into the background. The "Run my free audit" button at the bottom of the full-page Widget now works when embedded on a customer's site. Cold-email links with a ?report= parameter on a partner domain now reach the audit landing page correctly instead of hitting a 404 or redirecting to the agency homepage. The bare root of a partner's verified domain no longer serves Pendium's own branded 404 — it redirects to the agency's site instead.
