New accounts with no brand set up no longer see the API Keys option in the user menu. That entry opens the API and MCP setup dialog, and without an active brand there's nothing to configure — so it now appears only for admins and accounts with at least one agent.
White Label works the same way. It was showing up in the account menu for users who had no access to it. Non-partner accounts no longer see it there. Partners reach it the same way they always have, through /manage under "Partner tools."
