The new /autopilot page explains the scan → write → publish → rescan loop in plain terms, with a category comparison and FAQ. It's linked from the nav and footer, so you can point a prospect or a skeptical stakeholder there directly.
Onboarding has been rebuilt end to end. It now starts with a Gaps step that maps every topic your buyers are asking about — who AI names for each one, whether you're missing from the answer, and which page on your site (or a new one) would fix it. From there, it opens your first draft in the page editor with four concrete steps: verify the facts against their sources, rewrite in your voice, connect your site, and publish. The rest of the workspace stays dimmed until you act. Once that first page is ready, onboarding closes on a plan comparison that shows how your scan stacked up against your top competitor, with a one-click option to stay on Free.
If you're on Pro and your brand site is built, there's now a "Request a change" box on your Site tab. Describe what you want different — layout, look, whatever — and you'll see every request you've sent along with its status and the team's reply. Up to three open requests can be in flight at once.
Your FAQ questions and the AI-Ready Answers in Business Info are now the same list. Editing one updates the other. The Profile page and homepage no longer repeat those answers — they live on your FAQ page only.
The visibility pages now compare from a consistent starting point and use noise-resistant endpoints, so a flat account reads "holding steady" rather than showing a drop that isn't real. Citations from prompts that mention your brand by name no longer count as AI recommending you unprompted, which keeps the numbers honest. New accounts get a starting-point card, accounts not yet named get a plain "not named yet" state, and if your last scan is more than 30 days old, you'll see a dated note with a Run a scan button.
