Web Presence can now find and fill in your brand's profiles on Yelp, Facebook, BBB, G2, Trustpilot, and similar directories automatically. A profile only gets added when there's a confirmed link between it and your website — either direction. If the match is name-only, it shows up as a "possible match" for you to review and accept. Saved profile pages count as Owned on the Sources page, and each tab now has an "Add another link" button if you need to track more than one link of the same type.
The Visibility report has been reorganized substantially. Questions are now grouped first by priority (Core, Adjacent, and so on), then by topic, with collapsible groups and a priority badge on each question. Platform logos appear in the grid and the answer drawer, brand logos show up in "Who wins instead" and Sources, and persona faces appear in the grid key, "Why" cards, and the drawer. Clicking a quote, plan chip, or question opens the answer drawer directly — there's a visible arrow making that clear.
The "missing" card has changed too. Instead of showing a raw count like "0 of 239 answers," it now tells you the share of questions where you're absent ("44 of 60 questions"), which AI platforms name your competitors in those answers and how often, and links to the questions driving the most visibility loss.
