When someone clicks Agency or Managed to talk to your team, the request is now recorded as a sales lead before the booking calendar opens. Signed-in users go straight to the calendar; signed-out visitors complete a trial signup first, then land on a booking page. Sales gets a Slack message when a lead comes in and again when the call is booked. Until that call happens, a banner lets the user pick a time or confirms the call is already booked. The Agency card itself now appears between Pro and Managed on the pricing page, the in-app plan picker, the scan-preview paywall, and the report's plan section.
A new Create flow (currently behind a flag) opens from the sidebar with content recommendations pulled from the brand's latest scan. You pick one or write your own request, review the workflow steps and a credits estimate, then run it. The draft pauses at the outline stage so you can rename headings or leave a note before the writer continues. The finished draft opens in the editor — nothing publishes automatically. The post editor also has a new side panel (also behind a flag) showing which scan questions a post answers, which Knowledge pages it draws from, web research sources with crawl dates, and fields like meta description, tags, author, and publish destination. An inline AI field returns changes as suggestions you accept or discard rather than rewriting the post directly.
Several plan-level limits — per-account brand caps, monthly on-demand scan quotas, and monthly post and page counts — are built and ready but switched off until the Pricing v2 launch. Nothing changes for existing accounts today. Managed is now a real plan state admins can apply from the Users tab; a Managed account gets every Pro feature, no per-scan cap below the platform ceiling, and is never touched by Stripe plan events.
Reopening a sales lead in Admin → Sales leads now clears its booking correctly, so the next booking the user makes is recorded and sales gets the notification. A booked lead can also be reopened for a cancelled call. The Agency and Managed buttons are disabled while a Pro checkout is already running on the same screen.
