Free accounts now go through a short onboarding step after signup — name, company, and mobile number, plus four quick questions about role, team size, marketing setup, and budget. The company name pre-fills from the website they entered. Once that's done, their first scan starts. Existing free accounts will see this once on their next visit; paid accounts and teammates skip it entirely. You can review or update your name and company anytime from "Your details" in the account menu.
Tracked prompt limits no longer draw from a single pool shared across all your brands. Each brand now has its own cap, and hitting that cap only affects how many prompts run in one scan — it never blocks a scan from starting. The "across your brands" counter on the Topics page is gone, and fill-to-plan now fills each brand independently.
Free users who click "Talk to our team" on Agency or Managed plan pages now go through the Pro trial checkout before booking a call, the same path a signed-out visitor takes. Users already on a paid plan go straight to the calendar as before.
Adding a website no longer incorrectly shows a read-only error when your account record is missing or incomplete. Pendium recreates it automatically and continues — or prompts you to sign out and back in if it can't. Genuine read-only accounts still see the correct message.
