Brand pages that haven't been scanned yet no longer display a guessed website URL. They now read "Not scanned yet," so you're not looking at inferred data that hasn't been verified.
Every place in the app that tells you you've hit a plan limit now shows the right next step alongside that message — not just the message alone. This covers the marketing site inputs, scan preview, the page after checkout, workflow sheet, site pages, the upgrade dialog, and agent chat. If you're a Pro owner at your limit, you'll see an option to talk to the team about Agency instead of a plan picker. If you're a teammate on someone else's brand, you'll be told to ask the brand owner, with no upgrade button shown to you.
Individual questions a brand tracks are now called "Questions" throughout the app — sidebar, Topics page, reports, emails, and chat. "Tracked prompts" is reserved for the combined count of questions multiplied by personas, and the usage view now spells that out explicitly so the math is clear.
Several edge cases in scan and content limit enforcement now work correctly. Concurrent or retried rescans of a brand with no scan yet share one free first scan rather than each slipping past the cap. A workflow post that spent longer than two hours in the queue re-checks the limit before writing, without double-counting a slot that's already held. The onboarding first post stays out of the usage count even after its workflow row is deleted.
