The homepage now serves one of three visual designs — Sky, Ink, or Film — rotating across visits. Each carries full pricing, buyer personas in the dashboard tour, and a scroll-driven conversation that shows how Pendium actually works, including the report cards it sends. The scan field leads on the homepage; /grow stays text-first. If you want to see the website-first layout directly, /grow?entry=url gets you there.
This is the second pass on those designs based on review. The example text thread now arrives one message per scroll step with a typing pause, the chapter headline stays visible on phones, and the agent-site section leads with a real case study — Screenwise's numbers — rather than generic copy. The dashboard tour uses sharp screenshots, and Film's assistant quotes now appear as chat bubbles instead of floating text.
On the Tools page, tools that are actually live on your site now appear in their own group at the top, marked with a green dot and "Live on your site." A live tool no longer sits in the same list as drafts and ideas.
A returning customer who typed a new website into the homepage and then signed in was being sent to an existing agent instead — their URL was lost. That now hands off correctly to the new-agent flow. For brand sites with tools, the page headline now comes from the tool itself rather than the "Name | Brand" title the design agent was writing, which the brand layout was then doubling up.
