The "What's next" planner got the most visible changes. Your running count of questions where an AI names your brand now lives in a bar pinned to the top of the calendar — it stays on screen as you scroll through the month on mobile. When a weekly scan comes in, the change animates into that count, each post is stamped with what it earned ("AI cited it", "AI names you"), and brief notes appear over the calendar explaining what happened. The separate score panel and log are gone; everything lives in one place now. On desktop, the side panel breaks down each post, the question it answers, and the result.
The gap between a scan finishing and post titles appearing also had a dead zone where the calendar just looked empty. That month is now covered by a "Writing your post titles" notice with moving placeholders while titles are being drafted, and the job that kicks off title writing checks for the finished scan every minute instead of every two, so the wait is shorter. The button on that step reads "See plans" — Pro, Managed, and enterprise owners still see "Continue."
Post-signup onboarding is a significant redesign. The new flow uses the same cream card and Inter Tight headlines as the homepage, and each step now has a short story explaining what Pendium is doing, why it matters, and what it looks like — with screenshots, the Screenwise case study, and an example text thread. Logo rows for the assistants, chat-bubble questions showing Recommended/Not recommended, and cited sources on every gap card replace the more abstract previous version. There's a "Book 15 minutes with us" link throughout and a "Where you stand" analysis on the plan step. Admins can preview every step on canned data at /admin/onboarding-design.
The homepage login card now opens Pendium's own login flow again — both the website field and the nav's Log in link — styled to match whichever homepage design is active.
