The admin panel is now a single shell with a grouped nav, a search box, and a home page that describes every section. Alongside that structural change, every irreversible admin action — feature flags, plan changes, user deletes, agent reassignments, app settings, team edits, campaign sends — now writes a timestamped row to an action log at /admin/action-log, showing who did it, to what, and what changed. Each user row links directly to their log history.
Four new read-only admin pages surface data that previously required SQL or the CLI. Jobs lists failed background runs from the last 24 hours or 7 days. Integrations shows every brand's connected accounts without exposing any credentials. Feedback collects post feedback, outreach notes, and in-app chat reports in one inbox. Email Deliverability lists recent sends, the suppression list, and any bounce or spam report per send. Every page filters through the URL so other pages can link straight to a specific view.
Scan health (/admin/scan-health) shows visibility scans that are stuck, failed, or returned a zero score because no AI platform responded — across 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day windows. Admins can mark a stuck run as failed to unblock the brand, or trigger a re-run that Pendium covers: no credits taken, not counted against the owner's monthly scans, available on any plan. The admin user list now also surfaces live Stripe state per customer and flags any mismatch between what the database says and what Stripe has. Per-user and per-brand detail pages collect everything relevant in one place.
Pendy can now initiate texts. When it commits to following up on a specific day, it schedules the message and sends it at that time — never between 9pm and 8am in the recipient's time zone. Pendy also maintains a memory of each business: facts, preferences, open threads, and what the owner has already approved or declined, so it stops asking the same questions twice. When a new Google review comes in on a connected Business Profile, Pendy texts the owner, includes a reply draft, and waits for approval before posting. A thumbs-up or heart reaction on a Pendy message now counts as an answer to whatever question that message asked.
Facebook and Instagram posting is now available behind a feature flag, with a Page picker in Integrations and four MCP tools for scheduling and managing posts. Google Business Profile and Gmail connections are similarly available behind flags, adding five MCP tools for reading reviews, drafting replies, and working with email threads. Pendy never sends Gmail messages — it saves drafts only.
The mobile Create experience is rebuilt below 640px: recommendation and workflow cards scroll horizontally in their own rows, key actions are pinned above the keyboard, outlines open full screen with Approve pinned at the bottom, and reordering workflow steps uses Move up / Move down buttons instead of drag handles. Desktop is unchanged.
Long visibility background jobs no longer die at the 5-minute request ceiling — the Inngest client now hands off to a fresh request at 2.5 minutes. Agent chat replies now get their own message ID, so reloaded threads no longer show answers out of order. Outline headings are written for the reader about the post's actual content, not copied from template step labels.
