The worksheet is removed. Every viewer now lands on Create, and old worksheet routes redirect there. Links that used to prefill the worksheet — from Questions, Sentiment, Analytics, Recommendations — now open Create with the idea already filled in. Posts that came from the worksheet stay in your Post Library; nothing was converted or archived. The "Workflow" column and filter, and the dashboard stat, now read "Run."
Saved workflows replace what the worksheet tried to do. You can save a workflow directly from the Create card, build one from scratch, or start from a recommended one and adjust the steps, audience, header image, and whether it pauses for an outline. When you make a request, the agent picks a saved workflow that fits and tells you what else it weighed. If nothing fits, it drafts one you can run, save, or edit. Autopilot can draw from your saved workflows too.
The "Write it myself" path now opens blank, with Write an outline, Continue writing, Ask AI, and Research sitting above the body as buttons rather than buried behind "/". Research pulls from the web or your own Knowledge, Business Info, and facts sheet; results land in Sources, and AI help treats your facts as facts and web pages as external sources it can cite. A post that hasn't had a quality check yet gets a "Run quality check" prompt once there's something to review — it takes about a minute. The quality banner now reflects what the check actually found: a post rated "Do not publish" or "Review before publishing" no longer says it passed, and the banner names the lowest scores.
Pro owners can now start their 90-day guarantee themselves rather than waiting. A card on the brand dashboard walks through choosing a brand, reviewing the questions that get locked in, and confirming. After that, the card tracks measuring progress with a starting point and check date. Brands set to publish drafts can't be selected — the guarantee requires Autopilot to publish, and the lock-in agreement says so. Turning publishing on or off is now recorded in Autopilot history.
The AI traffic tiles in Integrations (Cloudflare, WordPress plugin, Vercel) now tell you whether whole-site AI traffic is actually arriving: no requests yet, arriving with the last request's time and host, or stopped arriving, with a Check again button. Domain connection also moved — it's now under a "Your domain" section in Integrations. The Site page's Hosting tab still holds Search Console verification, your browser-tab icon, and CMS sync, and shows where your site is served with a link to manage the domain setup.
Site Analytics now correctly counts fetches from Le Chat, Alexa, Kimi, Manus, Diffbot, Parallel, Meta AI, Kagi, and Google's agents as Conversational rather than Training or Other. Fetches of your brand's root URL and its home page path now combine into a single Home page row instead of splitting across two. An onboarding scan no longer starts when an admin or teammate opens a new signup's setup page before the owner has answered "Tell us about you." A pre-run scan on the Play 2 admin card that runs past 15 minutes now stays in flight and slows its refresh to every two minutes, rather than treating the timeout as complete.
