When a Starter or Pro brand finishes onboarding, Pendium now sets it up without any extra steps from the owner. Profile and FAQ pages go live, a first post is written and published once it clears the quality check, the site is built (private until the owner chooses to make it public), and Autopilot starts at two posts and one scan a week. None of this runs twice if something already exists, and any Autopilot setting or page the owner has touched is left alone.
Free brands no longer get any of this during onboarding — no published profile page, no blog site, no page designs. The Plan step now tells Free owners clearly that these things come with a paid plan.
The Research Hub now runs daily maintenance on its own. Topics and city guides that have been waiting on visibility scans for more than six hours are closed out using whatever scan data arrived, and trend topics that sat in Pending Review for more than 14 days without approval are archived. The queue stays current without anyone having to clear it manually.
