Every account can now edit custom pages in the full page editor — sections, AI rewrite, Add section, quality checks, and fact updates. Home, Profile, FAQ, and Offerings pages convert to sections the first time a non-read-only user opens them. The publish gate that holds pages with open hard flags now applies to all brands, with one exception: checks written before the rollout show as notes on brands that never had the editor enabled, and only new or re-checks will hold those pages.
Uploaded PDF, Word, and PowerPoint files now read inside Pendium in seconds rather than failing silently. While a file is being processed, it says so. The Sources tab shows when it last updated and offers a Refresh button. Uploading a file already in your knowledge is now refused before it uploads; a file with the same name as an earlier upload replaces it rather than duplicating. A source being removed stays marked as Removing until it's gone.
The "Your agent is set up" email now arrives once the first scan finishes — with the actual AI visibility score — instead of the moment the agent is created. It replaces the separate "scan refreshed" email for that first scan, so new signups get one email, not two. Call transcript uploads now answer questions correctly, because transcripts are stored as small windows of speaker turns rather than one long passage. A converted Profile page keeps its "At a glance" facts in the site export, so contact blocks built from them appear again.
For admins, the Sales Leads signups table now shows a region filter (US, Global, All) based on each lead's phone number, defaulting to US. A source column shows where each lead came from — Meta lead ad, website with UTM campaign, or MCP connect — with a matching filter. Meta lead-ad leads appear as soon as their account is created, before they answer the onboarding questions.
