Meta conversion tracking was working, but it depended on the browser staying open long enough to complete the event. If someone closed the tab mid-checkout or right after signing up, the conversion was lost. Conversion events now fire from the server — on form submission, webhook confirmation, or upgrade action — so the signal reaches Meta regardless of what the browser does. The browser pixel still fires under the same ID so Meta dedupes both signals into a single conversion; you won't see double-counting.
A new PlanUpgrade event also tracks in-app Starter-to-Pro upgrades as a distinct conversion in Meta, separate from the standard checkout flow. Previously those upgrades weren't surfaced as a Meta conversion event at all.
On the Slack alerts side, onboarding scan notifications now show the captured email for scans that came in before a user account was created. Those were previously showing as "anonymous," which made it hard to know who actually ran the scan.
