The cold-email pitch now opens from a natural discovery angle: the sender came across the brand while running AI prompts in an adjacent category, not through a lead list. That framing holds throughout — the offer is to share a report that's already been run, not to pitch a service cold. It's a small shift in sequence that changes how the whole email lands.
Subject lines got tightened in the same direction. They now read as fragments a real person would type — the kind that don't telegraph "sales email" before the recipient even opens it. Subjects that sound like slide deck headers are explicitly off the table.
Two guardrails were added to prevent the model from going off-script. The "I noticed" pattern — where a vague observation gets stitched to an opportunity claim — is blocked. Specific product call-outs that could be read as false or unfair are reframed as open questions instead.
